• Can I Return My Order?

Please note: costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.

Can I Return My Order?
We offer hundreds of products, most of which can be returned within 10 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

We will then issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the product.

If the product is defective, we will replace it for you at no cost. If we are out-of-stock on the item, we will refund all your money back including the shipping & handling charges.

If the item is not defective, and it is complete with all components, we will refund you the item’s cost, but not the shipping & handling charges.

If we receive the item incomplete or missing any of its components, there will be a restocking fee, which shall not be less than 15%. We will notify you of the amount of the restocking fee prior to issuing the refund.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed only if you have an RMA and once the merchandise is received by our customer service department.
